Home - CCT Forums - Rules - Powers - The Plot - Spotlight - Map of Adversity - Emporium - .Power Rules. -Your character will always start out at level one. -You must follow the power level guide posted below. You can't be a level one and act like a master of your power. -Your power level is the number of pips (squares) under your name. You go up to level two at 15 posts, level three at 30 posts, level four at 60 posts, level five at 90 posts, and you are considered a master at 120 posts. -You must ask the main admin Kozone/Kyozen if you would like a rare power. (Currently rare powers are completely unavailiable. Don't ask, the answer is "no.") -Remember that using a power also uses energy. When you are only a level one, trying to do great magic can take up all your energy and leave you exhausted. -Some of the powers are easier to control than others, therefore they have less levels. You're character's skill should still continue to increase with your number of posts though. .Common Powers. Elemental - Water. The user is able to control the element of water at varying levels depending on their skill. The power includes mists, ice, and nearby clouds. -Level one: Able to move mists and water droplets. Can freeze small amounts of water.Still has much to learn and struggles. -Level two: Able to control mists easily and a fair amount of water. Can shape water and use it as a tool or take water from the ground or plants to drink. -Level three: Able to fully control the element of water including clouds, mists, and ice. Elemental - Ground. The user is able to control the element of earth or ground. Includes moving rocks or boulders and forming mud into rocks. Also good at locating jewels hidden in the stone. Can also encourage plants to grow. -Level one: Able to move small rocks or pebbles. Can easily change the form of mud or dry it out into sand. Can save small plants from dying, and encourage them to grow afresh. -Level two: Able to move medium sized rocks. Can dig easily into any type of soil, and can shape mud and sand. Can harden earth into shields. Can also make small plants grow from the soil. -Level three: Can completely control the element of earth including lifting large boulders, growing good sized plants, and even dig into stone. Can manipulate the ground at fast speeds, and throw rocks with precision. Elemental - Air. The ability to control the element of air including storms, winds, and temperature. -Level one: Able to make small winds and heat or cool the air directly around their bodies for a few degrees. -Level two: Able to make fairly strong winds and heat or cool the air by 10 degrees within 3 feet of their bodies. -Level three: Able to create winds strong enough to cause bruises, and make the air hotter or colder by about 20 degrees within 8 feet of their bodies. Can move clouds and encourage storms to brew. -Level four: Able to make winds that can slice an opponent, make the air hotter or colder by around 40 degrees within 10 feet of their bodies, and cause storms to brew. Sub-Elemental - Electricity. The ability to create electricity by using your own body energy or the energy of other living organisms. -Level one: Can create small sparks, but are not very energy efficiant. Cannot draw energy from anything but yourself. -Level two: Can create decent sized sparks that actually hurt others when touched, and are mildely energy efficiant. Can draw small amounts of energy from dying animals, but none from plants. -Level three: Can create strong sparks that can electricute a full-grown wolf, and are quite energy efficient. Can draw energy from live animals, and small amounts of energy from plants (which kills the plants). Level four: Can create powerful sparks capable of electicuting bears, and are very energy efficient. Can draw energy from all living things, including plants, with or without killing them. Elemental - Fire. The user has the ability to control the element of fire including starting fires, and shaping fires. Most of the time they can not be burned and do not like water. -Level one: Able to create small sparks and move small flames. Are better at putting out fires than starting them. -Level two: Able to create sparks and keep a flame going. Can bend and play with the flame. Can heat small objects. -Level three: Able to control medium sized fires. Can heat objects and breath small flames. Are able to slightly change the color of fires. -Level four: Almost a master of fire, they can heat any object to its melting point, completely change the color of flames, blow flames from their mouths, and start themselves on fire without being burned. Mettaria. The user has the ability to change metals. They can shape them and pull them from other elements such as water or the ground. -Level one: Able to pull metals from the soil or water and loosely shape them. -Level two: Able to pull metals from all elements and make fairly detailed shapes. Can make necklaces and earrings for their friends or for pay. -Level three: Can make detailed statues and jewelry. Are able to locate gems to mold their metals around, and the purest of metals to mold with. -Level four: Can transfer part of their souls into metal statues and use these to explore for them. Is nearly a master of making detailed jewelry. Healing. The user has the ability to heal themselves or other creatures simply by touch. -Level one: Able to heal small bruises and cuts. Can also reduce pain and headaches. -Level two: Able to heal bruises and most cuts. Can greatly reduce pain, stomachaches, and headaches. -Level three: Can heal all bruises and a few deep cuts. Can greatly reduce pain, stomachaches, headaches, and help others get over disease or sickness faster. -Level four: Bruises are extremely easy to heal, and take little energy. Deep cuts can also be healed fairly easily. The user is very good at reducing pain and helping others overcome diseases that may become fatal. -Level five: Practically a master of healing, most bruises and cuts are considered simple to heal in a matter of seconds. Reducing pain and helping others overcome diseases is very easy. Users can help wolves sleep peacefully and painlessly into death. Extendability. (Created by Daemon) Extendability is the power to stretch and bend your whole body as far as you can. You can twist your arms and legs around objects and trace the outline or shape of other objects in attempt to blend in. You'll be able to bounce around like a ball and be able to withstand some electricity power and slight burning. You can change you whole body shape to almost anything at all as a result of physical change. You'll be like a snake and slither on the ground climb around trees and other obstacles. -Level one: The wolf can only stretch small of their body half a quarter its own size, and they barely bounce or take a round like shape. Shape tracing is quite horrible in this stage, and the user can almost hardly get the outline ever correct. Electricity and burning resistance does not take place yet. -Level two: Now at a higher level the wolf can now stretch its whole body almost twice its whole length and size and can take an oval or almost ball like shape to bounce. Parts of their body can easily bend and twist with no pain, but it takes a little while. Now at level two the wolf can now resist some power of electricity and fire. -Level three: As a result of this level the wolf can incredibly stretch, twist, and bend their whole body amazingly with no pain and almost no difficulty at all. They can perfectly bounce and be able to resist most electricity and burning damage. Seeing Beyond. (Created by Daemon) Seeing Beyond is a power of sight. The wolf will be able to sense or see auras with their eyes open or closed, and can identify living and non-living objects. Thy can also see the aura or tell the element of another, and their their whole life or element stamina. The user can "zoom in" in other objects and their accuracy increases amazingly. Not only that they can see through obstacles which gives them a great advantage against hiding opponents and pointing out their weaknesses and such. -Level one: The wolf can see a bit more detail to other objects yet they cannot zoom in yet without moving where they stand. When the closes or focuses on the auras of other animals or objects they can barely see or sense anything but a slight haze, perhaps a bit of sparkle maybe. -Level two: Now a bit more skilled Seeing beyond becomes more of a benefit now that you can finally zoom a tiny bit into close objects near yourself and not far away. Auras become slightly brighter and more clear, but non-living objects are much better to identify than real beings. They can see through thin obstacles such as a screen of leaves maybe. -Level three: Now the wolf can easily zoom in objects quite far away and gain great deal of details. They can sense and see bright auras of elements or life force with their eyes open or closed regardless whether its living or non-living. Seeing through walls and other obstacles becomes a breeze. Their eye become more active and move quicker than the normal wolf can do. The user is able to teleport, move objects with their minds, and create illusions. -Level one: Able to move small objects and teleport them small distances. -Level two: Able to move and teleport medium sized objects for long distances. -Level three: Can move large objects and teleport them vast distances. Can teleport themselves short distances, and make small illusions. -Level four: Able to teleport multiple things at once for long distances, they can pinpoint exact landing spots, and make large, realistic illusions. -Level five: Able to teleport anything smaller than a tree any distance and land in any spot that they choose. Are excellent at making large, detailed illusions that you can actually touch and feel. Invaria. The ability to move with complete silence and turn invisible. Can also turn other's, and non-living objects invisible. -Level one: Able to make very little noise, and turn small parts of themselves invisible. -Level two: Can walk or run in complete silence, and turn good sized parts of themselves invisible for short periods of time, and make themselves translucent. -Level three: Can walk, run, swim, eat, sleep, and jump with complete silence. They can also turn over half their bodies invisible for long periods of time and make non-living objects invisible. -Level four: Are completely silent, if they want to be, no matter what they are doing. Can make themselves completely invisible for a good amount of time, and can turn other's invisible for short periods of time. -Level five: The power of silence stays the same, but they can turn themselves invisible for days at a time and make other's invisible for many hours. They can walk though non-living objects in a sort of ghost-like state. Darkness. (Created by Daemon) Darkness has to do with dark power. You can easily go through thin walls and other objects, such as small cages, etc. Your powers are more powerful or work better at night when the moon comes out, and control shadows to blend into them. You can take form of a shadow and stick yourself to a wall for maybe ten minutes. It is mostly a power for escape, hide, or raising difficulty in battle. It is a good thing to use a strategy. -Level one: Can make small parts of body pass through very thin walls. Can only sightly control your own shadow. Can make small parts of body take form of shadow for only 2 minutes or shorter. These beginning skills do not work often, even when night comes. -Level two: Can make whole being pass through thin walls and objects, except this effect wears off shortly.. Can control your shadow more freely and other shadows with little more skill. Can make parts of body take form of shadows and stick to walls for 5 minutes. during level two you have more skill and can use these more easily, but still have some difficulty. -Level three: Can make whole being pass through thin walls without losing effect so easily, and can make whole body take form of shadows and stick to walls for exactly ten minutes. Can control other sadows including your own with ease. Scrying. (Created by Larka) The combination of speaking to animals, other than wolves, seeing random events in the future, and the ability to see images on the water's surface when it is calm. For explaination's purposes, the three things above are related because they are all ways to obtain knowledge. -Level one: Can speak to animals in a mild connection and has visions of the future, but no control over when the visions come. -Level two: Has a better control over the visions and speaks in a better tongue to animals of other species. -Level three: Mastered speaking to animals, has almost full control over the visions and can see blurry images on the water's surface. -Level four: Mastered speaking to animals, can call forth a vision at any time and can now read images as long as the water's surface is not disturbed. All Things Light. (Created by Sage) Wolves with this power are able to handle light, shields, lightning and storms at the mastery level. They draw their power mostly from the sun and partly from the moon when it is at its brightest. These wolves usually have quick tempers but some have learned to master their emotions along with their powers. Usually they hold their powers in the strands of their fur and their Light energy is stored in their bodies and they usually glow faintly if they have lots of Light energy. If they have lots of electricity stored the wolf might have sparks rolling over their coats. Is best for fighting against a wolf with Dark powers and when a storm is brewing. -Level one: Wolf is able to create a small glowing ball to have light to see with when they have enough energy. The ball is only about the sixe of the wolf's head and can only shine about 10 feet in either direction. Is also able to create small lightning sparks if there is a storm nearby. Can store very limited amounts of /Light/electricity in fur. -Level two: Wolf is able to create a dim light halo around whole body. Can draw power from the moon if it is shining. Is also able to create small lightning bolts to use in an attack if there is a storm close by. Can only store limited amounts of Light/electricity in fur. -Level three: Wolf is able to cast a bright light around itself as an attack to blind opponent. Can pull storms closer to them but it takes a lot of energy. Has the power to create medium sized lightning bolts and use them in an attack against their opponents. Can store large amount of Light/electricity in fur. -Level four: Wolf is able to cast a small Light shield around itself for a short period of time. (Works best when fighting a wolf with Dark powers) Can also pull storms to them with little effort and can create storms with lots of effort and energy. (Wolf cannot make it rain though) Can manipulate bolts of electricity to do what they want and can store the maximum amount of Light/electricity. Shapeshifting. A very rare power where the user is able to "shift" or change their form or shape into any other animal that they choose. They may change only parts of their bodies, or completely "shift" their form into another animal. When they "shift" something must stay the same as it is in there original form, whether it be jewelry, eye color, coat color, or anything. -Level one: Able to 'shift' parts of themselves into other animals or change their coat color. -Level two: Able to completely change their form into that of another animal for any length of time. -Level three: Able to make themselves bigger or smaller, and combine any number of animal parts for any length of time.
